How is a vintage brass watering can be made? Watering can factory

What is the vintage brass watering can process flow? Is the brass watering can process easily? To talk about the brass watering can process flow, we first need to understand the types of brass watering can process.

A different brass watering can process, the brass watering can process is not the same.

The brass watering can process mainly includes cyanide vintage brass process; sulfate vintage brass process; pyrophosphate vintage brass process and non-cyanide vintage brass process which are several kinds.

These antique brass processes are the most used methods in the market. In addition, the less applied ones are citric acid-tartaric acid brass. HEDP antique brass, etc. Well, let's get back to the topic, RunSun will introduce the "brass watering can Process".

The cyanide brass watering can process is one of the brass watering can process, and we would like to introduce the precautions in this brass watering can process.

1. not suitable for high current density six points of attention, this is because the cathodic polarization is increased with the increase in current density, thereby reducing the current efficiency.

2. the plating solution should not be stirred vigorously, otherwise, the cyanide in the solution will be easily destroyed

3. the plating solution should not be heated up too much, otherwise, the cyanide in the solution will be decomposed faster with the increase of temperature.

4. the plating solution should not be treated with hydrogen peroxide after being contaminated by organic matter to avoid the destruction of cyanide in the plating solution.

5. the workpiece must be fully cleaned when entering the tank to avoid poisoning accidents caused by the extremely toxic hydrocyanide gas when the acid enters the tank and meets with the cyanide plating solution.

6. The solution is very toxic and extremely toxic gas will escape when working, so it should be operated only under the condition of exhaust air.

The cyanide brass watering can process involves cyanide brass watering can solution, let's introduce the solution preparation of this brass watering can process flow.

TOOLS NEEDED FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE BATH.

1. one plating tank and one spare tank, of which the preparation tank is convenient for mechanical stirring

2. Heating equipment, mainly used to heat up the water for the preparation tank

3. Filtration equipment

4. Electrolysis equipment, including power supply and electrolysis corrugated board

ALKALINE COPPER PREPARATION METHOD.

1. Mix the calculated amount of sodium cyanide and cuprous cyanide evenly into the reserve tank. If it is a large amount of preparation tank and not convenient to mix evenly, the drugs can be poured into the tank one layer at a time in a sandwich-like manner respectively.

2. Take 1/5 of the total amount of water and warm it to 45°C. Add it to the reserve tank with constant stirring until the drugs are completely dissolved.

3. Add water diluted to the required volume, add 1-2g/L activated carbon, stir thoroughly for half an hour, let stand for several hours, and filter into the plating tank.

4. Electrolytic treatment with the corrugated cathode at about DK≈0.5A/dm2 until the low current density area on the corrugated plate is purple-red without black streaks.

5. Take a small amount of plating solution, add the required additives with Hall tank and small plating tank, test plating under normal process conditions, if not normal, continue electrolytic treatment with the plating solution in the large tank until normal.

Which are the best sprinkler cans on the USA market

Which are the best sprinkler cans on the USA market Used by thousands of civilizations since 79 AD, the sprinkler cans are a simple portable container with a nozzle and handle. It is used to deliver water from its source to plants, flowers, and crops in the garden. In addition to watering plants, many technical improvements have been made to the  watering can  to make it a multifunctional tool. This includes a simplified design, different nozzle lengths, seasonal types, and more. TYPES OF SPRINKLER CANS Metal cans - These are the classic type and usually come with a silver finish. If they are galvanized and rust-resistant, metal sprinkler cans are the most durable type. They will not break or rust, regardless of the conditions. However, metal cans are heavier and usually more expensive. Plastic cans - These cans are made entirely of plastic and are much cheaper than metal cans. They also have no chance of rusting and are extremely light in weight. However, compared to m...

When to water pouring for plants 5 Signs Of Overwatering

When to water pouring for plants? Having beautiful plants is not something you are born with, it is a talent that must be acquired through hard work, patience, and dedicated study. A simple rule of proper gardening and plant care is to water your plants. However, as with all gardening, watering your garden can lead to complications and poor plant health. To know if your plants happen to be struggling from flooding, look at the five signs below. Don't stress; if you're flooding, you'll only feel guilty internally for giving too much love. Learn to shrink it back a few notches with these clues. 1. Yellow fallen leaves If a plant happens to have both yellowing leaves and new growth, it's likely that it's been overwatered. Try and remember if you only water your plants when the soil is dry. 2. Brown leaves If the leaves turn brown and wilt, you may have watered them. At this point, it may be difficult to tell if the plant is wilting due to poor health or improper wate...
